What is the solution to these errors?

According to the service manual the 40c3 troubleshooting steps are firstly to power down the machine, and unplug for 10 seconds, then plug back in and test. Next step is to flash the firmware. Last step is a faulty MFP board. I didn't see anything in the solutions file for the C368, though I don't know exactly which model you are using.

CE401 Shared memory connection timeout.C40C3 CTL PF transmission timeout 1 according to a later model service manual. was anything recently done to it? these are both core mfp board codes.
