[Error Code] Try to scan to multiple email address from address book

I have populated my address book on a KM Bizhub C308 and when I try to select multiple emails to scan to from the address book I get the following message.

"Cannot select address for TX. Exceeded the max no. of addresses allowed for broadcasting"

Does anyone know what I have done wrong here? And how to select multiple emails address for scanning without me getting this message

Any chance one of your addresses is a group address? There are also a few admin settings that might be prohibiting broadcasting. E

Not 100% I have asked my cust to check this tmw...
