Konica Minolta c658

suddenly started getting lines and shades. After couple of hours everything got cleared itself and today started getting the problem again. Any advise before I visit them. Please fine the attached images SEF printing. Thanks a lot

Looks the stripes digital? if yes take a laser unit with you.

Laser would cause blank voids. I would bring some drums & transfer belt. Maybe HV board. Check consumable life counters. Very strange with that bad of quality it could clear up on it's own.

Many thanks for your assistance. Found a screw stuck inside the transfer belt unit. on the right-side edge under the belt. It works fine so far. Client will advise next week if copy quality issue comes again. Thanks once again.

Glad it was something simple. I've found all kind of things stuck in and on transfer belts, labels stuck on belt, hard chunks of toner, hair, sheet rock, and even a dead mouse in trans belt cleaning unit!
