    Scan to FTP with bizhub C650i

    We have a customer who scans documents to a remote server via FTP Scan with the C650i. Sporadically the scan fails with error "No Folder". Has anyone ever encountered this?.
    Ok, sporadically no connection to server or something but no folder? I don't think it has anything to do with the specific machine. In my experience errors so folder or wrong authenificaton data
    are quite reliable.

          lock the speed in at 100tx duplex.
          ive seen too many mfp nic cards get dropped off the network because the mfp nic is auto negotiating the speed and the switch/hub does the same. they cant agree on a speed so it gets dropped.
          its a harmless "hail mary" pass
          We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
          The medication helps though...
