km 6501 fusing toner problem

I'm printing on the machine. Some prints do not fully heat the toner. It does this in between printing. I think the heat rollers do not press sometimes. Or there is a timing problem. Do you have any suggestions for this?thx

Classic c6500 and C6000 problem,
especially when it has a lot of black on it!
Clean up an down thermistors,increase the temperature!
you can do nothing more

my problem is not under heating problem. It doesn't heat at all. For example, I make 10 prints, no problem. But then the paper comes out without pressing the rollers. Then I stop the printing and start again. Sometimes it has problems on the first print.
