Toner low in BizHub 554e

Hi,

Im been facing the Toner Low sign which appear in the Touch Screen.

Even though i had replace the Toner, Toner Chip, DV Tank still the same.

Is there anything i had miss out ?

Has the customer replaced the toner early? I seem to remember this being an issue and wouldn't rectify until toner hopper was emptied

Have you disassembled the toner hopper mechanics?

This is an issue with 364 and below, all the ones above are chipped

Im not sure, but i did give them spare toner.

I need to ask.

Is there any change to reset or clear?
