    Konica c454e color registration problem

    Hi guys i have encountered a problem in my client machine i already cleaned idc and replaced the black drum unit i do also stabilizer and image stabilizer,now if you can see the photo i already solve it but again after many copies the previous color registration problem still cameback i hope you guys help me to solve what happened this machine and i want to ask if have any options to disable the auto calibration maybe i thinking this is the main cause why always this machine making blurry because always keeping stabilisers again and again

    If the idc was not cleaned using the proper method, you may have damaged it. Windex type glass cleaners can leave a residue on the lenses that will quickly draw toner and other dust and require cleaning again. Chemical based cleaners like alcohol can etch the surface of the lenses and require replacement.

      This is not a colour registration issue.

      If you take out the recently fitting black drum can you see lines on it ?

      Could also be a failed transfer cleaning blade.

        Thank you guys for your help but before i replace black drum unit i already replaced new transfer belt assembly but same thing happened and also i already cleaned the idc
