Konica bizhub 227 Error CD391?

    Konica bizhub 227 Error CD391?

    The machine throws this error when a print job is sent to it and reboots itself. The error code is not listed in the service manual. Any suggestions are welcome and if someone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

          That error code means there is a mismatch between the settings in the NVRAM and the copy on the SSD. It's probably restarting because rank B and C error auto restarts are on.
          Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

              Pretty much close.
              copyguy69 This machine has no SSD but eMMC. Machine will does automatically backup every hour I believe and it failed so when error comes after restart probably Recover data is displayed and someone have to touch Recover data.
              Search for error in manual as D39xx.
