Yeah, thanks but that isn't original OEM toner but the compatible stuff we can already get from KM directly because it ends in "H". I see another one that is OEM for $260 but not sure we're going to pay that much since that's retail and over double what we pay directly from KM. We're trying to not have to deal with the possible headache of all the hoops required to jump through with this H stuff as it can possibly cause print quality issues.

No, the one I am referring to is this

Genuine Konica Minolta TN619M Magenta Toner Cartridge (A3VX33H) FREE SHIPPING | eBay

That is factory OEM KM toner. And just to clarify, Your normal pricing for OEM TN 619 (When available) from Konica is $130 each? If thats the case I'm impressed. I thought they charged more.

KM is selling compatible toners to dealers for use in KM equipment?

I think srvctec didn't say that.

Yes, there's a bulletin about it and it details all the stuff you have to do in the event it causes print quality issues. It involves installing special F/W, changing settings, and other stuff. I don't have the bulletin number handy as I'm off today.

This is weird. Thank you for clarification.

It should be OEM. It definetly has developer in it since I managed to revive Cyan dev unit with TN321C H bottle.

I don't think it could be done with compatible toner.

Yep, that's confirmed to me by KM, but I didn't have a chance to try because I managed to get big load of H bottles.
I was told that all "office" machines 4,7,8 series use same toners but they couldn't confirmed that for i series toner.

I just has a sales rep x fer toner from a 458e bottle into a 808 bottle. After telling me that it should not be a big deal and I should want to do everything I can for our customers it was nice to see her with toner in her shoes. lol
