    I'm a bit confused but can you update firmware?
    If machine boot to firmware update screen you can try first only scanner firmware and see what will happen.

        Unfortunately, the machine not allowed firmware updates.always shown invalid external memory error .See the screenshot in post#1

            Try to do trouble reset but instead touching OK enter s00s01 and 9272x4. If you can enter service mode try system error clear. You also can format HDD. Then attempt firmware again.

                We did that not solved the issues.
