Want to know if anyone has had any success fixing the white screen with papercut on new MFP's like the C451i and all other 1i models? We have tried the special FW Konica came out with. We have done all the SW changes and setting changes with power/sleep timers. I believe we have over 5 tickets open with Konica one for every school with the issues. Konica has escalated the issues to Japan we are told. Thought I would take a shot in the dark to see if anyone on here has anything else to try or have seen work. 1i models only can go to RB and higher Firmware and Konica says the issues is from RB.

We have RE here. It would overheat bad CPU boards.
And such errors are recorded in service mode.
They put a switch to keep CPU fan running at high speed at all times. Blah blah.
