Has anyone else experienced this ? Usually 1201 jam codes. Can put the tray on another machine works perfectly. Can put another on the first also works perfectly for a while then comes back again.

I'm almost sure this won't help but here it's.
MFP reports Error 12-01 a Simple Power Off/On will not resolve the issue.
It is necessary to turn the power off for at least 20 seconds and then power on again. Once this is done the MFP will work normally again.
Solution:
A Permanent Fix has been issued on FW version G00-RB with Function Version 2.3

Does it start jamming more frequently as the paper stack in the tray goes down? In other words, the less paper in the tray the more it starts jamming? Check the trail edge guide in the tray, if it's not working properly it won't keep the paper pushed up to the pick-up roller as the paper stack lessens which can give you ##01 jam codes.Comment
