Konica Minolta Bizhub Pro C-1060L Black Color problem (white dots)

Hello Masters
I am having a problem with my machine, black and white dots appear and sometimes I get the error code c-2814, what do you think could be the cause of this problem?

id try:
swap drums
swap DV units (cover the holes with tape and leave the toner door open so it wont try top add and see if dots follow the DV unit.)
if not it should be something in transfer/charging or that carriage position?
