if you open printer properties on the config tab did it auto detect all the device settings correctly. maybe u put wrong port IP address.

what experiance level are you, do we need to hold your hand or are you pretty confident installing printers manually without a install wizard

go on KM support/downloads and download the universal driver. thats wizard based
