Bizhub 850i intermittent noise from fuser/exit area

We inherited this machine as a one off. We typically stay below the 65/minute threshold. This was a new machine install a few months ago that has developed a come and go ratcheting noise in the fuser area or upper exit section. It hasn't been consistent enough to chase but of course the customer likes to call and remind us it's still there each and every time it makes the noise. Is there any common things to look for in this series that might cause this? The fuser/exit section is more similar going back to the bigger "2" series instead of the smaller "I" series layout. Again it's not consistent enough to get a very good lead on it, other than the general area when it makes the ratcheting noise. It makes the noise when the machine is cycling, but not necessarily passing paper at the time.

    As always any help appreciated.

    Thanks
    Chris

Do you know if they added the new shimmy plate to those fusers like they did to the rest of the iseries? That fix did improve sound complaints if I remember right.
