You can swap the yellow and one of the other color drums , just not the black, to see if the line follows the drum. If it follows the drum then you know you have a drum problem. If it stays in the yellow then you have problem with the yellow developer unit or the slit glass for the yellow laser is dirty. you should have a wand in the door to clean the laser slit glass. You remove the waste toner box and insert the wand in slot below each drum to clean -
Run them at half density ,128, if you are running at full density , 255, it may not show the problemLeave a comment:

the issue does not appear to be there on this print.Attached FilesLeave a comment:

If Cyan looks good print it as single color green . If cyan looks good but the green looks bad then you have a yellow drum or developer problemLeave a comment:

Konica Minolta Bizhub C224
We have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C224 printer in my office. This printer is leaving faint green lines when we are printing anything of color. We now have a $1500+ invoice from our tech guy which I have also attached to show what has been done and the problem still exists. We have changed the black / cyan drum and the transfer belt unit and cleaner and he cleaned the machine really well.Attached FilesTags: None
