c654 prints white (the sheet comes out completely white)

It prints blank, when you turn it on and try to print, either from the PC or from the service mode, the tests or even the configuration sheets come out blank, strangely the way I have found to restore the printing is, when returning from stand by...
I have tried, laser unit, band unit, transformers, clear all data...
I wonder could it be a firmware problem?
thanks in advance for your response

I'm not sure what you mean by the "band unit", why have you replaced transformers, the 1st thing to check, is there an image on the transfer belt. if it is, then the problem is after the transfer belt, possibly 2nd transfer. if there isn't, then it's either the 1st transfer, or before that. by just taking out the transfer belt, you've cut your search in 2. is it all colours, or just one colour. if it's one colour, is the dev unit turning. The gears on the rear of the K dev unit have a habit of grinding down, taking out the gear on the main drive unit
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

I would first check if there is any imaging from the laser to the drum, from the drum to the belt, from the belt to the paper

thanks for your response (band unit = transfer belt unit)
I will try, explain myself better
there is no printing in cylinders, in fact it gives the alert in all units when trying the initial stabilization, when turning on
The only way I get any impression is when the machine comes back from power saving or standby mode.
For this reason, I wonder if this failure has to do with some programming, hence the all data clear.
Now could I solve it with the update or load the firmware again?
