Trying to get into service mode to print the management list but the machine keep on rebooting around 60 seconds after the error code is displayed

Sounds like it's time to replace the CPUB. When the bootrom is written incorrectly, corrupt, or otherwise damaged the copier can no load the firmware. Think of it kinda sorta like a BIOS on a PC.

Once it's replaced we can find out if your backup of the NVRAM is good. If not the storage board may also need to be replaced or formatted. Hopefully that goofy TPM error also goes away.

Ok so heres my update on this!

CPUB installed as per service manual - the printer has come back to life!

The function version has remained on 2.3 unlike last time now..

Looking good but wanted to ask if there would be anything else to do before I put it back in with our customer in terms of the storage board ie format it etc or leave as it is?

Customer had stated it didnt come back to life after sleep mode.....I have turned sleep mode off now.

It's probably good to go but the only other thing I normally do is run the recovery tool on the SSD just be sure. Although it's probably not required.
