    c360 background after a few prints

    Hello,

    i have an issue with a Konica Minolta c360, after the first 30-50 prints it begin printing wiht gray background, its necessary to wait several hours or the next day to avoid this, any ideas please?
    I appreaciate your help, thanks in advance.

      Original OEM toner .. dev.. drum?
      how many pages on unit/pm cycle?
      Very little info..
      I charge more for pulling teeth to get info. js

          Sorry,

          This is not OEM toner but works fine in same model in others clients,
          machine has 40k print B/W 30k Colour.

          I think units have not been replaced at all.

              What may work in one unit may not in another.
              KM units typically don't like turd party toner.

                  Replace any image units that are over life & if you don't want to replace them again prematurely replace the crap toner with genuine Konica Minolta.

                      Ok, ill try black unit.

                      The toner has some guarantee of good performance because it is a solvent manufacturer not whatever online bargain
                      I have no problem with others products so far.
