Hello, I have a problem with c258, I don't know where to change the type of paper that is in each tray, I have put normal paper in 1 and Thick 3 in 2, I have looked in all the menus and through web access as an administrator, but I don't see it, and I need to pass tray 1 to Thick 2

The problem is that I have to print on the two trays with papers thicker than 200gm, and since normal paper is put on the two trays it prints me by dragging the toner. -
It's in the users manual, right here:
Utility > User Settings > System Settings > Paper Tray Settings > ...If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
