FS 537 when exiting to stack. First page piggyback on second page during output to correct speed of machine, but randomly when this happens the first page is off also first page when stapling and stacking in exit tray is off randomly

Look at the guides in the stacker tray. Are there paper cuts that the paper is catching in? Are the side guides too far or too close to the paper? To watch this operate you'll have to remove a lot of covers, key the doorswitches, and peek in through a tiny gap in the front or rear frame. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I have replaced the ejector assembly and the paddles up top. Are you speaking of the side guides that attached to the ejector assembly in the stacker? Parts 8 and 1 maybe? Thanks for your input 😁Comment
