        Hello,

Sent you a PM with a link (latest FW G00-RF).
But be aware that the memory (memory Board / Storage Board) may be faulty.

        Regards,
        Ro

It doesn't hurt/cost to much to try another SD card.

That white screen with "Firmware Error Occurred" that looks like the screen from the firmware updater when it fails the integrity check. Are you sure your copy of the new firmware is good?

Im assuming the machine boots up to ready, if you are not trying to update the FW?

Check these steps from the manual.

                  System preparation
                  • PC with USB ports
                  • USB memory
                  • USB flash memory compatible with the USB (1.1/2.0/3.0) interface. The speed is limited to USB2.0 specifications even if using a device that supports USB3.0.
                  • The USB memory is formatted in FAT32 format.
                  • No security functions such as encryption and password lock have been added (or the USB memory allows its security functions to be turned OFF).
                  • A USB memory that is recognized by the computer as two or more drives cannot be used.
Everything that has a beginning, has an end.....

We have had that issue when we have used bad flash drives or bad copies of the firmware image. You will be unable to even get to the point where you could format the SD card or SSD inside the copier since it's not fully starting the firmware updater.

You should receive a different error for bad CPU-B or bad SSD/SD card. Are you able to boot the Diagnosis and Recovery tool?
