Konika Minolta C308 shifting image on scan

Client has Konica Minolta C308 that shift image 2mm on Right side down. image shifting on scan and copy but not on printing and not when printing test from the machine either the Document Feeder or Glass.
(not cassette issue or document feeder)
Too risky to adjust mirrors on the scanner. Is there any settings to adjust that?

If I'm understanding that correctly, and the problem is only on scanned items and not printed, then take the front left corner of the scanner assembly (not ADF) and physically lift it up. Don't be overly gentle, put a bit of back into it. Skew like that can happen if the customer frequently leans on, or pushes down on, the scanner assembly or copies heavy items like books. It causes that corner of the scanner assembly to sag and creates skew in copies from both the ADF and scan glass.
