Had a call C6102 on a C250i scanner error. Seen bulletin on it so was expecting broken belt. got there belt was fine scanner doesn't move or light up. Was able to disable and machine works as printer and incoming fax. Ordered scanner board. Board comes in i take doc feed off so i can get to board start taking board off and noticed something wrong. Mouse turds and pee on board. How it crawled through machine to top is beyond me. New board worked,this was at a Assisted Living facility. They were calling an exterminator 😯
