    konica minolta bizhub 287 locked up with firmware message

    basically the machine had around 10k on it.. no even a year old. one day it had an issue.. I brought it to the office and now it specifically
    says error there is invalid ex ternal memory.. it then says please make sure the external memory. which doesnt even make sense lol

    I have tried to reboot reset no dice any thoughts>
