bizhub C558 - scan to email - junk folder..

hello, i am troubleshooting for client with a konica minolta bizhub C558 they have it on the server shared out all looks good however when they do a scan to email it goes to their junk folder instead of inbox.

That's easy, select the email and right button click and select "add to safe sender list"

We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
The medication helps though...
