Steps for client to read me FW version?

I am snowed in and need to find out the FW version to open a case from Friday. I feel like there is a simple way for the client to read it to me on the phone. Maybe by going to menu and selecting machine?

utility, device information, 2 pages to scroll and check, i think the FW version and IP address is listed there.

We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
The medication helps though...
