panel access to user settings requires admin password

    Hi All,
I have a C558 that was returned off lease. It's requiring the Admin password to access Utilities - User Settings and Counter - Print List and I can't find where to turn this off.
    Any help is appreciated!
    Thanks

I've had that same issue a few times with off lease machines. Think I posted here but can't remember if there was a solution. I ended up just leaving the way it was. Think it has something to do with "BizHub Secure" ??

I found this in my old notes. Try Softswitch 200 set to all 0's

Thanks for that, but SW Switch 200 was already at all 000's.

I did an initialization, reinstalled the HD, a physical format, logical format, and that didn't fix it either.

            Check this
asks a password, when logging to the user settings

            DipSW No.71
            0x00: Disabled
            0x08: Enabled

It's not a huge thing, but definitely annoying.
              Thanks for your help!
