What could be causing streaks C454

Hi all. Hope everyone is well?
So I'm getting these streaks on my prints right in the centre.
I've changed the back and yellow developer powder. And basically all the developers powder is new now. Genuine toners but just don't know why. It doesn't show up in cyan or magenta just the yellow.

Did you check the drum unit ? and clean print head unit

Well I just switched the drums same thing. Cleaned off the lens with the properly worst shaped wand and it's all good again. Where can I get the wand. I really didn't want to use it because the head of it is all messed up and kissing and didn't want to damage the lens glassed but I gently slid it in when took it out where was toner residue on there. Guess that was to cause of it.
