4052s at a particular location recently started "locking up" for lack of a better term. They will cease being able to print or use the machine, the status light blinks amber, and the message "Preparing User Boxes" and "Preparing Scan/Fax" displays. I can ping the IP after this happens. Sometimes a reboot will get it back up. There are multiple models and other brands of printers on the network with no issues, only the KM 4052s are doing this. Has anyone else seen anything like this or have any ideas? I've been through settings that came to mind like all the network settings, verified those, sleep settings, verified sleep is disabled.

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
