    BizHub C308 Skew Scanning

    Hi all,

    My company's BizHub C308 is scanning items from the doc loader to the desktop is skewed but scanning from the glass to the desktop scans "regular."

    Any ideas what it could be? Thank you in advance!

      Don't move around machine while pushing on doc feeder. Now some basici/initial adjustments should be re-check.

          there is a black box chart that comes with the feeder, this is used to calibrate the feeder for registration and minor skew.
          if the adjustment comes up as ng then a physical adjustment is done and the calibration run again.
          do you have the chart? should be with the manuals.
          We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
          The medication helps though...
