BH-4050, not waking up from sleep mode

Sometimes this BH-4050 is not waking up from sleep mode. The blue led in the power key on the control panel flashes slowly on/off. Machine does not react on pushing the power key nor any other key or other action. Machine does not wake up unless started anew with the power switch at the back. Known issue? Any help please?

Anyone having the Latest&Greatest firmware for this gem?

in service mode turn sleep setting to "permit" and in admin mode turn sleep off.
problem solved.
