Request for Firmware Update for Bizhub 750i Machine

I am currently working with a B/W 750i machine, and I have encountered an issue. The problem is that no matter which tray I load the paper into (Tray 4, 3, or 2), the machine always tries to pick paper from Tray 1, resulting in paper jams. The paper gets stuck and does not feed correctly.
I have opened the machine and thoroughly checked everything, but the issue remains unresolved. I suspect this might be a firmware-related problem since many of the newer machine models seem to be experiencing similar issues.

I kindly request anyone who has access to the firmware for the B/W 750i machine to share it with me. Your help would mean a lot to me, and I will be deeply grateful for your assistance.

Thank you in advance for your kindness!

Thank you for your suggestions. I have already checked the auto paper settings, and all trays are properly listed and activated. However, the issue persists, and now I am also facing an error C-D073 after performing "Initialize Data" and "Format All Data."

I believe the issue might be related to the EEPROM or firmware corruption. Does anyone have a dump file for the Konica Minolta Bizhub 750i, or can you guide me on how to recover from this error? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

        Thanks in advance!

can you take a pic and add it so io can see how the jams looks and exactly where. I can almost say with a 98 percent chance firmware is no where near the problem.
