[Misc] Service tools used for KM machines

Good Morning all, I work for a copier dealer in the UK and we mostly work on Kyocera machines and use their remote software KFS to monitor the machines and make changes remotely to the user settings, service mode, reports for jams etc and we find it very useful for this. My bosses are looking at signing up with Konica Minolta to add to our range, My question is.
What tools do you have on the KM range for remote diagnostics and support and are they any good?
Let me know your experiences and thoughts.

    Many Thanks

Konica has something called vCare. Konica hosts it and it's similar to KFS.

They have another piece of software that is more localized and self hosted called FleetRMM.

I can't comment on how good they are, we use neither. vCare isn't free so we do it the old fashion way.
Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

If I helped you out, please give me a thumbs up! It helps my reputation.
