Konica Minolta C251i 11-02 jam code

Hello there . In our fleet we are experiencing some strange issues lately . Its the 3rd C251i comes up with random 11-02 jam code with low counter and could'nt find the solution yet . I replaced the rollers ( however they were'nt worned out ) , the clutch , the tourque limiter but the issue still there . After 4 to 10 prints its randomly appears the jam code , and the paper just under the registration section of the machine , looks like its out of sync (calling to the manual for 11-02 jam code ) . Did anyone ever noticed similar problems before ?

check the transparent plastic piece that protects the paper exit sensor in the paper outlet of drawer 1, make sure it is not out of place, it comes out very easily, the paper rubs and arrives late to synchro. Also the sheet of the drawer where the paper is supported deforms on the sides, check that it is not bent.

kopasz You already replaced the rollers, clutch, and torque limiter. But, 11-02 jam happens randomly after a few prints and the paper appears out of sync under the registration section. 1. Clean or replace the registration sensor.
          2. Check firmware and update if needed.
Perform an NVRAM reset (backup settings first).
          3. Inspect the registration motor & drive gears.
          4. Adjust paper feed timing if possible.

            Check this old bulletin i-Series J code bulletin.pdf .
