[Error Code] C-00117 PF-707M on a C3080

This is an intermittent issue, happens only in the AM, when machine is "COLD" from sleeping.

after code, if i unplug Clutch CL3 on the PF i can run all day from tray 4 and 5.
After few hours i can plug CL3 back in a run from tray 3.

Swapped M2 and M1, no change. Swapped all clutches from Tray3 to Tray 4 - to see if something changed.
Clean all of the vertical transport bushing, and Horizontal bushings. Even the ones on the doors. Was a little dirty but not bad.

I can try firmware next, i also have another PF707m i can swap boards or PS.

I know its most likely a failing clutch, but i cant figure out how to narrow it down...

You need to replace all 6 clutches on the vertical conveyance unit. Not just one or 2. All 6!!
