bizhub c3851fs stuck on "now connecting to the firmware server"

This bizhub c3851fs is stuck on this screen I am trying to figure out a solution. I have tried rebooting the printer. I have tried unplugging the hard drive. I have tried booting up holding reset and stop keys. No luck what so ever.

Try booting up with firmware on a USB pen while holding down the stop key.

But Another member on here had the same issue.

If you enter 9272927292729272 does the machine enter CE mode ?

I found a solution info for the next person who falls in this hole!!! I was trying to get a direct WiFi connection setup and I didn't have any options that I could see in settings. I then wanted to see if there was a new firmware version available to fix the problem. Checking for new firmware requires that you reboot the printer. After reboot your stuck on now connecting to the firmware server screen, if you do not have a network connection setup. The remedy is plugging in a non working Internet connection and letting the printer fail to find the firmware server. Then the printer will tell you to cycle the main power and after a reboot your good.
