BH-C-284e, not waking up from sleep mode.

Machine does not completely wake up from sleep mode. Display is showing two fins but the machine does not continue booting. Only completely switching off/on release this situation, than it works fine until the next sleep mode. I remember that this was an issue in the past discussed here but could not find with the search mode in the panel the reason for this problem. Any other solution than deactivation of the sleep mode? Tried Latest & Greatest "Frimwar" already.....
It has now A5C10Y0-F000-G20-M1

Try this settings

SM-System 1 -> Sleep ON/OFF Choice Setting

Permit

Admin mode

Low Power Mode Setting	15 min
Sleep Mode Settings	Off
Power Save Settings	Low Power
Power Key Setting	Sub Power Off
Enter Power Save Mode	Normal

TIB362Plus_ Machine does not wake up from deep sleep Rev2.pdf

It advises to turn the weekly timer off and turn off SSDP in network settings.

We turn off sleep mode on all the "4" series. There was a bulletin about machines not waking up from sleep mode. Machine will still go into energy save mode but not fully to sleep.'

Like other poster wrote you have to go into service mode and "permit" sleep to be turned off in Admin mode.
