Customer is trying to confirm if their existing printer/scanner is able to scan documents directly to OneDrive , typically, when they scan, it scans to emails and they spend much time extracting the files from the email to transfer to OneDrive. Essentially, they want to cut out the middle man. They want to know which Konica's are able to scan directly to onedrive.

There are a couple of connectors in the Marketplace. Onedrive and onedrive for business ($135, you can get a trial). Unfortunately I can't vouch for ease of use etc etc.
Not sure what your customers setup is; can you set up a scan to folder on a pc, the destination of which is linked to the OneDrive, it will then upload/sync from the pc to the cloud from there?
*Sorry, that link doesnt take you to the exact page, just search for onedrive. The MarketPlace is the central location to browse, purchase, download, install, and manage cutting-edge applications specifically designed for your multi-function printer (MFP).Everything that has a beginning, has an end.....👍 2 -
The OneDrive app from Marketplace works really well. You can scan to it, you can create new folders, you can also select a document whilst standing at the device, and print it straight off. However, there are 2 different versions of OneDrive, just the basic OneDrive, and OneDrive for Business. If for example you're using a basic Hotmail "@hotmail.co.uk" then you can't use the Business one, but if you're using, "@konicaminolta.co.uk" for example then you need the Business one, also, unless you set up authentication, and use the free connectors "IdP Authentication Client" or "IdP login for Azure AD" you're restricted to using just the one OneDrive - I've looked at how those connectors work, but it seems a lot of messing about. Luckily, the few we have are only using just the single OneDriveTip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...👍 2Comment
