    Admin password on 550i copiers

I have been trying to find the answer in both service and user manuals. I have a costumer that has 2 550i and a desktop. The company has over 50 KM copier throughout the us. Only 2 copiers (1 of the 550i and the desktop in my area) can allow them to change the admin password from the webpage. All the other copiers do not show them the ability to do this. It does not matter if the copier has CE password on or not. I can not find the difference from the one that can and the one that can't. The copiers that I have in the shop also do not allow me to change the admin password through the web page. The pictures shows the difference from the web page. How do I get the copiers to allow them to change the password by admin mode without using service mode or being at the copier?

Maybe you should set ssl in pki settings at first, see for old 4e here:

You can change the administrator password of this machine from Web Connection.
To display this page, select [Security] - [PKI Settings] - [SSL Setting] in the administrator mode to encrypt communications between your computer and Web Connection using SSL.
On machine without menu to change administrator password do you open its address in browser lik http://IP of machine instead of https://IP of machine?

All copiers are under http://IP. no ssl settings. More than one IT person is trying to change the password. As for KingArthur, Only 2 copiers as that selection and that is what they want on all copiers.
