C258 series and Scan to Office365

It seems that Microsoft did an update last week and now the C258 series doesn't scan to Office 365 doesn't work anymore.
Firmware-Update, setting TLS 1.2 only... nothing helped.
Does anyone know more?

It's coming across the board on September 1st for smtp.office365.com.


Have the customer use their instance specific smart host. I think Microsoft calls it "Direct Send". https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...-or-office-365
