    [Misc] Bizhub C658 Mac Sonoma Driver - Account Track Password Deletes

    Got a weird issue with one Mac Sonoma laptop (the other 4 work as they should). Reset printing system, installed latest driver, Save Account Track code under Output Method (after setting defaults in CUPS to account track on), Saved it as a preset, but every time this user prints...the account code has been wiped out. I set it to do Pop-Up code when printing and that setting deletes and just straight up doesn't work as well. Any help is appreciated.

      Have you tried setting the account track code and then saving the printer settings as a preset in macOS?
      Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

          Hey, yes I have done that. Even with the code set and the preset saved...when you open the same document again, the code has disappeared even after reselecting the preset.
