    423 C2201 - only on duplex

    I know the 2201 code is for toner bottle rotation. Problem is, it only throws this code when duplexing. Any ideas?

          Thank you for that. But, it runs with no problems running single sided. You can run it all day with no issues. Run duplex and you will get that code within 5 copies.
