c554 no energy

i have konica minolta c554. when i turned on the machine there is no action until i close the front door then the machine starts up, but there's no energy on the screen.
how can i fix this problem

First you have to find the problem.

The door switch works.

Have you measured current to and from the LVPS?

HVPS?

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?

Do you have a service manual?

always close the front door?
machine is discontinued and not supported, is there a reason you dont close the door right after powering it up?
is this something that really needs to be addressed if it works normally after you close the door?
i agree its a freaky issue but what does it really matter if it works after the door is shut.
does it shut off if you open the door when RTC?
im just relaying my personal perspective as a seasoned tech regarding an older machine and in no way is this to be considered a personal attack
