We had a new customer call with "No animation Guide Available" They cleared the hdd by watching some video. We went out there and installed Movie data A5C10y0-C00-G00-30 and still get the message. When we force a jam this is the image we get when the copier is jammed, but no animation. Any ideas?IMG_20220112_110836681_2.jpg

If you still get the animation message load it again and watch the screen for "complete" and reboot.
The version should show in the row.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

Do you need the animation? I have a couple of 364e and 454e with the orange blinking light and no animation guide and they are working fine, granted this are in a self service mode, but try reloading the firmware.
Also you can get rid of the burning message on service mode.

I need a start-up help. Where can I find the Media Data files (A5C10y0-C00-G00-30) for the C284e in Knova? Something is different here.
