    Electricity and ethernet cards

Hi everyone, we cannot ping the printers after the power outage in the company. when we unplug the printers and turn them back on, it gets better for a while, pings come, output is possible.
After 3-4 hours, it falls off the network again. when I look at the switch port, the mac address does not come. when I unplug and plug the printer, the mac address comes to the switch port and it is fixed. I think there is a bug in the printer ethernet cards. the clues seem to be in the printers ethernet card?
    example: bizhub C257i, bizhub 360i

try locking down the speed to 100tx full duplex, disable sleep mode completely and assign a static IP if set to dhcp.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Yes, we have completed these three steps now. we will wait and see.
we have set the times to the last, although there is no option to completely block the printer's sleep mode.

yes there is, in service mode set sleep to "permit" and you will have the option to turn sleep off completely from System 1.
        9.4 Sleep ON/OFF Choice Setting

        • To display the option of “No” for the [Sleep Mode Setting] screen available from [Administrator] -> [Maintenance] -> [Timer Setting] ->

        [Power Settings].
        Setting item Contents Default setting
Permit To display “OFF” in the sleep mode setting screen.
Prohibit No to display “OFF” in the sleep mode setting screen.

"These settings seem to have worked afterwards. no one called. we made gigabit 100 from the switch port. settings such as we turned off the current settings in the power settings, we extended it. they are already working with static ip before. Thank you."
Nevertheless, we have a call waiting to be checked at the Konica authorized service center.
