    C364 error- C5370

    Hi Team
    I'm having a hard time on this error code: C5370.
    I've replace the fuser but still having that same issue, I tried replacing the fuser fan but still the problem persist.
    kindly need assistance on this.

    The fan is under the boards....it's laying down

        The cooling fan is likely clogged with dust or debris, pretty common to see this on the old 4 and 8 series.

        Remove the rear plastic cover and you'll see it laying flat at the botton under the MFP board.
