Bizhub C220 Color Misregistration ( Ghost Lines) on Lower Half of Page

    Hello everyone,

I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C220 and recently started experiencing a color misregistration issue.
In the lower half of the page, green lines are printed with noticeable yellow and cyan ghost lines next to them, as shown in the attached photo.
The upper half of the page prints correctly, only the bottom part is affected.
    • No significant changes have been made to the machine recently.
    • The issue appeared suddenly, without warning.
    • I have already performed Image Stabilization multiple times (scanning the adjustment sheets), but the problem persists.

Any ideas what could be causing this? Could it be the transfer belt, sensors, or something else? How to solve?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

Could be anything based on your description.
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

What have you done so far? Remove transfer belt and clean the IDC sensors. Clean the print head windows, pull white flags in and out, then do gradation adjustment? What are the consumable life of the drums?

There is a skew adjustemnt in the Servicemode [Machine]->[Skew adjustment]-> [Skew adjustment reset]
Normaly you only had to perform this, after replacing the PH Unit, but i had cases where the motors for aligning the mirrors in the PH Unit get missaligned, resulting in the same picture like yours.
Sometimes they find there correct possition again after this reset.

For better understanding i post you the sections from the servicemanual
