C454 vs C454e exit assy

Quick question

It looks like the manual doesnt list the C454 exit section as a assembly but the C454e it does.

It looks ever so slightly different in the parts diagram but basically identical, are they the same?

I would think, in that part of the machine, that they're identical.

They are not the same. Some plastic guides are different. If you use the assy in any non "e" machine , after 10-15 feeds it will fail with a jam.
