I'm getting Error N63 on the scanner job list (7145)

I've tried scanning a few documents but they didn't come through. Having checked the job list I noticed some of them said Error N63.

As it's only the larger jobs I'm guessing it's something to do with the size limit?

I previously had someone come in and chsnge the default of the dpi to 800. How do I change the default of the dpi?

N-63 1. Check that binary division function is activated under E-mail(smtp) 2. Reduce binary division data size.

Change dpi- Enter key-op mode - touch #3 scanner - touch #1 initial setting - use up/down arrow to select "scan quality" - use edit button to select desired dpi.
